Methamphetamine addiction is rampant across the country, but it is an issue that is particularly relevant in Indiana. Meth made by Mexican cartels is quickly making its way into Indiana, and has no signs of slowing down. Recently, Capt. David Allender with the Indianapolis metropolitan police department informed state lawmakers that 85 percent of the meth in Indiana can be traced to Mexico. “Ice,” as it has been called, is impacting people in our neighborhoods, And for many, their own families.
