Senators Announce Anti-Meth Legislation

Two Indiana senators are backing legislation aimed at cracking down on meth abusers.
State Senators Mike Young (R)-Indianapolis and Carlin Yoder (R)-Middlebury announced Senate Bill 536. Young says the measure will create a meth-offender block list and require courts to report methamphetamine-related convictions to state police while allowing law-abiding consumers to buy pseudoephedrine-containing cold and allergy medicines without having to get prescriptions from doctors.
